It’s an exciting time at ANZ. In Technology at ANZ (and in many other parts of the bank) we’re adopting our ‘New Ways of Working’ which includes agile. Technology underpins every part of our business: from delivering ‘always on’ core banking systems, protecting customers from cyber criminals, developing new tools, apps and services to improve the customer and/or employee experience, and much, much more.
Capabilities you will develop:
Our graduates complete rotations across a range of areas during the program, including:
Over the course of three rotations in 18 months we will introduce you to new people, products and practices – so you can develop a broad range of skills and experience.
We’ll give you opportunities to learn from peers and stakeholders alike. This means by the end of the program you’ll have comprehensive knowledge of how technology operates within a large corporation.
About You:
We’re looking for people who have a passion for all things technology, understanding the impact technology has on businesses today (and is likely to have on businesses in the future) and are excited by the ways in which technology can shape lives.
We’re after big-picture graduates who can use strong technical skills and critical thinking to solve problems in a team environment, or break away from the pack and work on their own.
If you have experience from part-time work, university projects, or volunteer work, that’s an added bonus.
