We advertise widely for staff, including online and within store environment. This covers a wide demographic.
At entry levels it is not prohibitive. Area manager level and above require degree qualification.
All candidates must be degree qualified, however we hire a range of people from varying backgrounds.
All positions are advertised online and the most suitable applicants are selected.
ALDI advertise in various catchments to offer the opportunity to apply to many different demographics.
