The AMP Capital graduate rotational program offers you a personalised development opportunity like no other. As a graduate, you will complete a two-year program, rotating four times across the AMP Capital Accounting & Finance business. Taking on meaningful work from day one, you'll be guided through a tailored training program which aims to accelerate your personal and professional development.

AMP Capital – Accounting & Finance provides financial insights, support, and guidance to business units across AMP Capital. The division supports our AMP Capital Funds Management business units that provide investment expertise in Equities, Fixed Income, Real Estate and Infrastructure to large institutional and retail clients, delivering all necessary financial support, timely and accurate reporting, forecasting and analysis to allow informed decision making across the business.
The two year, four rotation program provides graduates the opportunity to gain exposure to, and develop, fundamental finance skills and capabilities, equipping them to move in to various Finance roles across the business. Graduates will be financially supported in the completion of their CA.
