Good diversity and flexible working hours help. New CEO a woman so likely that will help the gender balance in senior roles.
Current staff is quite ethnically diverse and has some openly LGBT members with no issues. Fairly poor regarding gender mix, few women in technical roles/management. Likely due to high proportion of older male engineering types in the workplace. Good primary career leave.

It doesn't appear as though diversity is an issue in the recruitment process. We have a great, diverse bunch of colleagues, all of whom have integrated well within the company and its culture.
There is very good diversity of backgrounds of employees. There is a greater struggle in diversity between men and women however this may be the nature of the industry.
What does your company do to attract applicants from less privileged backgrounds?
