How flexible is your company when it comes to hours?
normally about 8:30-5, has been in all areas I've been in.
Company as a whole has flexibility built into the EBA however sometimes there is an expectation of overtime.
Very flexible hours, no expectation of much unpaid overtime.
When it is busy, for about half the year, 10 hour days become normal and working weekends is necessary to meet deadlines.
Very flexible. We are expected to do the standard 40 hours a week, completing 8 hours a day between 7am and 6pm. The option of working from home from time to time is also available.
The company is very flexible. Many workers change their hours slightly to suit their home life - I have soccer training a few times a week, so on those days am able to come into work an hour earlier than usual and leave an hour earlier.

Standard is 38 work hours. Flexible working conditions is very dependent on you and your manager. Currently I am on a project so I am working more hours a week, however my manager has agreed to give me time-off after the project is completed.
