There is no formal dress code, but the general workplace sets its own standard of smart casual. I think this is a perfect balance between comfort and maintaining a good standard for the workplace. The office space is newly renovated, looks great and encourages interaction between employees. The space echoes quite a lot, but is not a big deal for me.

Our dress code is 'bring your authentic self to work' which allows everyone to dress appropriately while not requiring traditional office dress.
