Office & Workplace at General Electric Australia

9.3
9.3 rating for Workplace, based on 10 reviews
Please comment on your company's office space, location and facilities. And while we're at it, please tell us a little about the dress code.
There is no formal dress code, but the general workplace sets its own standard of smart casual. I think this is a perfect balance between comfort and maintaining a good standard for the workplace. The office space is newly renovated, looks great and encourages interaction between employees. The space echoes quite a lot, but is not a big deal for me.

We have several locations across Australia, often with multiple locations within each city to increase flexibility. Most office spaces nationwide are agile, ergonomic and modern. Our dress code is 'bring your authentic self to work' which allows everyone to dress appropriately while not requiring traditional office dress.

We have moved to agile! Also, we no longer have a dress code policy.

Currently moving into brand new office which is very sleek. Informal dress code is business/casual.

Open plan/modern agile workplaces. The informal dress code policy dictates that so long as its respectful, you can wear it (i.e. we can dress authentically).
