Culture

Culture
The employees are always on top of their game regardless of the hours, always professional. There is clearly a culture of maintaining a high standard of behaviour. At least 90% of people I have encountered are extremely helpful, cooperative and personally well natured.

Diversity
I believe there is a great culture and attitude towards diversity at GE. I have never seen or heard any conversation that would suggest otherwise, and conversations are always geared towards positive change in diversity-related discussions.

Office Work Environment
There is no formal dress code, but the general workplace sets its own standard of smart casual. I think this is a perfect balance between comfort and maintaining a good standard for the workplace. The office space is newly renovated, looks great and encourages interaction between employees. The space echoes quite a lot, but is not a big deal for me.

Recruitment

Recruitment
Very efficient process. I had 1 AC, 1 interview with HR and 1 interview with a finance manager. Questions were focused on my future career plans and assessing whether I had the qualities to become a leader at GE. Be yourself, there is nothing worse than trying to sell something you're not!
