What are your thoughts on pay and bonuses at your company?
I think we could be paid more. Definitely tight on pay rises and base salary. Most people get a bonus at the end of the year based on company performance.
Graduate, Auckland
It is unfair that 2nd year grads are getting the same pay as 1st year grads. This doesn't motivate us for taking on more responsibilities.
Graduate, Melbourne
Barely any pay rise given to graduates. Graduates should be getting the biggest pay rises with each year of experience, as we start off with such low salaries. Currently, first second and third year graduates all get very similar salaries.
Graduate, Sydney
I seem to be getting paid on the average graduate salary, I believe the salary scales through the graduate program.
Graduate, Mount Maunganui
I think the starting salary was fair but the pay rises since then have not been as expected and seem to be a lot less than they used to be.
Graduate, Tauranga
Pay is competitive with other similar roles.
Graduate, Sydney
I do not know if bonuses are received in the company, I believe the initial graduate salary is very generous compared to other graduate positions.
Graduate, Melbourne
What are your company's best or most unusual perks? For example: free tickets, free dinners, moving expenses, taxis, pension, etc.
Grad conference (week long paid trip to Melbourne covid dependant) Team conferences (paid accommodation and meals when travelling) Relocation allowance if required to move
Graduate, Auckland
Free tickets to the zoo.
Graduate, Sydney
Graduate trip to Melbourne, Flexible work hours, fuel card.
Graduate, Mount Maunganui
For graduates it is the grad conference in Melbourne every year
Graduate, Tauranga
Discount tickets to Taronga Zoo! Relocation expenses were also very beneficial to move interstate.
