I love the problem-solving aspect of my job. Customers will bring me a problem or issue they have and then it is my job to find one or many solutions and then present these to the customer.

The best part about my job is easily the friendships I create every single day. Being able to laugh and have fun with your clients really does drive you to enjoy every bit of work you do.

I have always been a curious person and this role rewards your curiosity incredibly well as it allows you to help so many more people by solving their problems.

The industry is just full of knowledge and learning, and it's very rewarding when you can help because you’ve got the right knowledge to solve their problem.
