    For our design stream, we're looking for graduates with degrees in the following subjects:

    Range of work

    In the design stream, your role will support the delivery and operation of digital platforms and systems that improve government service delivery for the Australian community.

    You may work on a range of projects and tasks which could include: 

    • Create and design applications that are simple and helpful for a wide variety of customers.
    • Work collaboratively with a variety of stakeholders throughout the life cycle of projects.
    • Understand how customers with a variety of needs use and interact with Services Australia.
    • Undertake usability testing with customers, which can include planning, facilitating and synthesising findings to provide evidence-based recommendations.
    • Advocate for simple, helpful, effective and accessible services.

    Eligibility 

    To be eligible for the role, you must:

    • be an Australian citizen on 18 April 2022
    • have completed, or be due to complete, an undergraduate or postgraduate degree between 13 February 2018 and 13 February 2023.
