Currently in a role with a lot of data and not a lot of certainty

review, update and create staff processes

I'm a records management officer. I work mostly with staff personnel files within Content Manager.

I arrange events, write analysis documents, strategies and talking points.

Like any job, there are things that could be improved. Crisis Payments could be transferred to Domestic Violence organisations, Call recordings are a bit questionable considering the sensitive nature of our job, surveys are a bit questionable considering we are often rejecting claims. However, I feel that I have helped a lot of customers while working here.

I am monitoring the data preparation processes for Single-Touch payroll within the digital gateways. This, ultimately, is in leu of dashboards or funding for automated processes

I am able to support vulnerable customers deal with a range of issues, however it can sometimes feel limited in what I can do to support them, and sometimes the referrals are not appropriate.

The tasks I do day-to-day are very varied, although often not exactly what I'm good at. I've enjoyed getting better at Excel, which I had extremely limited skills in originally.

I am working as a Business Analysist in DVA modernization project. I do produce the technical documents for the business as well as the development team to capture the analytical data on MyService Application.

I help write programs to automatically curate and update datasets.

my role does not consist of the things I was told to expect, especially in my second of two rotations. I am mostly updating training packages

My role is flexible, but typically involves on the policy and behind-the-scenes stuff in Child Support, which I probably can't be too specific on in an external survey. Mostly, it's coming into the office and working, or spending time at home (I work 3 days a week in the office, 2 at home)

My current placement is much better suited to my skillset and career interests than my initial (contracted) role. Some of my workload at the moment is team admin tasks and project management. I am learning a lot about my team and division and the work we do. I am enjoying my placement and hope to stay where I am

Project Officer working withing workforce management and planning. Utilising data and analysing the results to create business recommendations and plans to mitigate workforce risks both now, and in the future.

Providing legal and privacy advice on various agency projects. Be it myGov, automation, or Health Delivery Modernisation. My initial rotation was in FOI.

Part of security governance. Role involves reviewing change applications for the agency's technology architecture.

I couldn't tell you because my line manager fails to keep me buys or up to date with the goings on in my area.

I work at a help desk that supports fraud investigation tools. Its mostly emails, with some business/data analyst work. Moving into some development work as well.
