Like any job, there are things that could be improved. Crisis Payments could be transferred to Domestic Violence organisations, Call recordings are a bit questionable considering the sensitive nature of our job, surveys are a bit questionable considering we are often rejecting claims. However, I feel that I have helped a lot of customers while working here.
