What are your thoughts on pay and bonuses at your company?
It is hard to get a pay rise unless you move positions in the company currently. This puts pressure on you to set yourself up with a reasonable pay at the start of your contract. In saying this, the pay is fair and reasonable.

The pay is competitive with the rest of the industry.
Pay is good, but performance linkage to pay is very weak under the proposed EBA. I think that the linkage should be stronger.
