Westpac's Aspiring Women Program

Are you an aspiring female student interested in a career in business?

Underlining Westpac Group's commitment to empowering women, we invite female university students to register their interest to join Westpac's Aspiring Women Program, a program designed to empower future female talent to develop the connections, capability and confidence to accelerate their careers.

The program will provide the opportunity for female talent to be immersed in Westpac's Institutional Bank and grow to their full potential through a series of business immersion and professional development sessions, with the guidance of an individual Westpac mentor.

During the program you will join a circle of female students for two conference events, to be held on 9 August and 1 November 2019. You will also be assigned to a mentor, to support you across 12 weeks. We are investing in you for the future.

• Who: Female university students in their penultimate (second last) year of study (all degrees welcome)
• Key Dates: Friday 9 August 2019 and Friday 1 November 2019
• Time: 9am-4pm
• Location: Sydney CBD
