Management at DXC Technology
- Average rating for Management, based on 17 reviews8.5 / 10
How accessible are managers and do they make good mentors? You may want to address internal communication, performance feedback or praise and recognition.
Grads get help from our buddies, people managers, senior managers and pretty much everyone within the organisation
Easily accessible to managers and mentors. We can get in touch with them via various communication channels using email, phone, skype and Facebook @ Work.
My manager and my mentor are very much accessible and I regularly interact regarding my professional development and work.
Personally my mentor is excellent, and I communicate and get along with them very well. The other mentors that I have had have also been excellent.
Transitions are in place (i.e. UXC acquisition), things are overloaded and communications are getting slow.
Regular mentoring sessions, and meetings to develop career progression strategy. Always open to talk.
Managers are always open to discuss things with you and they are very good mentors that support all the graduates. The feedback/praise and recognition that we receive is incredible and very valuable
Great performance feedback
My manager is available all of the time. Very approachable and easy to talk to.
