LGBTQ+ at National Disability Insurance Agency (NDIA)

NDIA is working with LGBTIQA+ employees to build a positive and safe culture for all employees to bring their true selves to work. The agency is committed to the inclusion of everyone within the workplace, regardless of their gender identity, gender expression, biological sex, sexual orientation or attraction.

Employees have access to:

• an LGBTIQA+ employee network which aims to increase awareness, and build an inclusive and supportive workplace culture
• the Rainbow Network to connect with other employees for networking and support.

NDIA proudly celebrates IDAHOBIT and Wear it Purple dates with staff each year to raise awareness.

The Agency also actively participates in Sydney Mardi Gras festival and other community events to support both employees and the participants of the National Disability Insurance Scheme.

NDIA is also a member of PRIDE in Diversity.
