The Race & Cultural Identity ERG is made up of staff with a common interest in diversity of race and cultural identities. The ERG’s focus is:
- Promoting inclusiveness, respect and a sense of belonging for everyone at the Bank.
- Advising the Diversity Council and Executive Committee on race and cultural identity matters.
