There is a lot of governance as Australia Post is a Government owned company.
Culture varies by team, most employees seem to be reasonably satisfied. I have worked in 2 areas where the culture has been quite good, colleagues are willing to 'help a grad out', go out for drinks or have coffee to chat about work etc.
They are very flexible with work hours, there is no clock watching. You can come and go as you please as long as you have completed your hours of work. Very flexible if you have a doctor�s appointment to go to or any other commitments also
