Development and implementation of a Reconciliation Action Plan (RAP) is a key component of our Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Strategy.

At GMHBA, we are passionate about creating a culture of belonging for everyone.  It’s who we are.  We have created a workplace where all employees feel valued and respected, regardless of their backgrounds or identities. GMHBA’s DEI strategy defines the actions we will take around our key themes:

  • Development of a Reconciliation Action Plan (RAP) in consultation with First Nations organizations is a key action within our Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Strategy, and will ensure that the cultural competence of all staff will continue to be embedded GMHBA.
  • NAIDOC week celebrations
  • Cultural Awareness training for all staff and leaders across GMHBA
