GMHBA’s DEI strategy defines the actions we will take around our key themes:

Australia is one of the most successful multicultural countries in the world, and GMHBA is actively working towards maintaining inclusivity, respect, and belonging for all of our staff, regardless of their cultural or linguistic background.  To foster diversity and inclusion we provide:

  • Cultural Awareness training - available to all staff across GMHBA.
  • Fully Remote Working Blocks - this is available (upon approval) for staff to work internationally for a specified period of time.
  • Harmony Day Celebrations:  We celebrate the diversity of our staff through participation in events such as Harmony Day when we celebrate multiculturalism through the culture of food.
