The development of a Disability Inclusion Action Plan is a key action in our Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Strategy.

  • Our Disability Inclusion Action Plan will be the foundation of our commitment to an appropriate and supportive working environment for people with disability.  Our employees’ lived experiences and reflections will help to shape how we will ensure disability inclusion and awareness are embedded across our entire team.
  • International Day of People Living with a Disability (IDPwD) - this is celebrated across the organization each year
